Pub Locums Ltd also specialises, for Asset Management Companies, Receivers & Liquidators and Pub Companies, a service of re-opening or keeping establishments open for a holding period, whilst decisions are made as to what should happen to the property in the future.
Club Locums Ltd also specialises in a Management Review Service. This service is necessary as clubs have more basic problems to resolve, caused by changing leadership because committees change at least once a year and have different ideas and directives which causes lack of continuity. Our service, which can be carried out during the stewards’ / stewardess’s holiday, giving cover at the same time, includes but is not a finite list: stocks (cash flow), cellar (including ullage), security, deliveries, E.H.O. requirements, gross profits, staffing levels. A full and detailed report is submitted, highlighting the actions needed to be taken.
Our Relief Stewards for clubs, be they sporting, political or social, are equally experienced and are easily able to adapt to the procedures of each Club.
In addition to our Relief Managers' and Stewards' experience, they also:
- Have a security deposit
- Are ex-licensees and hold a Personal Licence
- Hold a current Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
- Hold a Health and Safety Certificate
- Hold a First Aid Certificate
- Comply with the Regulatory Reform(Fire Safety)Order 2005
